The Associate Attorney will handle litigation in cases based on consumer protection laws, FCRA, TCPA and other statutes. Exclusively plaintiff’s side.

Successful applicants willing to learn new things in emerging areas of law. Fact-intensive investigations required due to changing methods of unfair practices.

Ideal applicant is intellectually curious, hard worker, creative thinker.

Location in Great Neck on Long Island. Private transportation is ideal. Parking on-site.

Salary may be higher depending on experience and skills.
